By default, Plesk's FTP server timeout is around 180 seconds. If you need longer time for clients you can make it longer from FTP configuration files. You will need root access to your linux based server.
- Edit /etc/proftpd.conf file with your favourite text editor
- Set times how you need between area <Global> and </Global>
